Since Crushing, grinding and screening plants are highly dust emitting and pollution creating units , Efficiently Designed and developed Dust Extraction and Dust Supression systems have been installed and commissioned by BASU for several clients through out the country as per norms of respective State Pollution Control Boards Of India.

This system consist of specially designed high pressure reciprocating pumps which develop a pressure of 130-150 bars during operation carrying the water through pipelines to dust emitting points which is subsequently sprayed through specially designed nozzles helping to create a fog enveloping and forcing the dust to settle down .

Speciality of this system is highlighted by : Negligible quantity of water being used and sprayed during fog creation which prevents the material on the conveyor belts from getting wet.

Such type of a system does not require compressed air for water spraying which results in easing of operation at an economic price.

BASU has already installed and commissioned a number of similar type of systems which are successfully under operation .

Basu has also successfully commissioned, suitably and efficiently designed DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEMS AT JINDAL SOUTH WEST-Bellary, VIPRA INDUSTRIES –Barbil and VISA INDUSTRIES-Jajpur, Orissa
